Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the credit rating agency - Brickwork Ratings India Private Limited has vide their letter dated 9th September, 2021 (intimated vide e-mail dated 10th September, 2021) has assigned the ratings to the Bank Loan Facilities (Fund Based and Non Fund Based) aggregating Rs. 1,221.91 Crore of the Company.
