BLACK ROSE INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/07/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is in furtherance of our letter dated July 25, 2024 with respect to intimation of the date of the Board Meeting and pursuant to regulation 29 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015('Listing Regulations'), this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, will also consider declaration of Special Interim Dividend to the members of the Company for the financial year 2024-25. Further pursuant to the regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the member for the Special Interim Dividend, if declared, will be Friday, August 09, 2024.
