The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 14th August, 2024-(1) Approved the appointed Mr. Gopinath Ambadithody as an Independent Director, subject to the approval of shareholders; and (2) Approved the appointment of Mrs. Neelam Naresh Kothari as an Independent Director, subject to the approval of shareholders.
