Kindly be informed that the Trading Window will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives on and from Wednesday, 1st October, 2025 and will open 48 hours after unaudited financial results of the Company for quarter ended on 30th September, 2025 are approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and said results are made available to the public inasmuch as disclosed/transmitted to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors wherein aforesaid unaudited Financial Results shall be placed for consideration and approval will be announced in due course of time.
