Resignation is with effect from 4th October, 2025. Further, the Board also approved appointment of Mr Dinesh Kumar Dhanuka (DIN: 01649440) as an Additional Director (non-executive, non-independent) with effect from 13th October, 2025, subject to the approval of shareholders at ensuing General Meeting. | |
