This is to inform you that in accordance with the Company''s code of conduct and SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated persons w.e.f. April 1, 2024 till completion of 48 hours after the Audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2024 generally made available to the public. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2024 shall be intimated separately in due course.
