In continuation to our earlier announcement dated January 15, 2024 on subject of the acquisition of iData Danishmanlik ve Hizmet Dis Ticaret A.S. ("iData"), the company has initially expected to complete the acquisition of iData by March 31, 2024, subject to receipt of approval required from regulatory and local government Authorities(" Regulatory Authorities") The company has already submitted and required applications to the regulatory Authorities and awaiting necessary approvals. we expect to complete the side acquisition by June 30, 2024 subject to receipt necessary approval from the regulatory authorities.
