| BMW Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/11/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve It is hereby intimated that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held at the Registered Office of the Company on Thursday, November 09, 2023 at 10:30 A.M. IST inter alia to discuss: 1. to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September, 2023 2. to declare the Interim dividend, if any 3. any other item with the permission of the Chairperson. As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Internal Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading ('Code'), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the Directors/Officers & Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons of the Company as defined under the Code from Sunday, October 1, 2023, till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e. up to Saturday, November 11, 2023 (both days inclusive). | |
