This is to inform that pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for 'Designated Persons' from Thursday, 1st April, 2021 till Forty Eight (48) hours post the date of Board Meeting.<BR> <BR> The Board Meeting is scheduled, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for quarter and year ended March 31, 2021. Accordingly, an intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchanges. <BR> <BR> Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window. <BR> <BR>
