This refers to the filing made today under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI(SAST) Regulations, 2011 by Baymanco Investments Limited, a Wholly Owned Step-Down Foreign Subsidiary of the Corporation with regards to the acquisition of 8,60,000(14.96%) Shares(copy enclosed) of National Peroxide Limited by way of Block Deal from the existing promoters by way of inter-se transfer of shares. Pursuant to the said acquisition the Total Holding of the Corporation along with Baymanco has increased from 3.96% to 18.92%. Kindly take the same on record.
