Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, please find enclosed Notice along with explanatory statement seeking approval of the Members of the Corporation for 'Appointment of Mrs. Chandra Iyengar (DIN:02821294) as the Independent Woman Director of the Corporation. The Corporation has engaged the services of KFin Technologies Limited for providing e-voting facility to all its Members. The e-voting will commence at 9.00 am IST on Saturday, 21st January, 2023 and shall end at 5.00 pm IST on Sunday, 19th February, 2023. The results of postal ballot will be declared on or before Tuesday, 21st February, 2023.
