| Further to our disclosure dated 6th May, 2024, wherein Company had informed about entering into Share Purchase, Subscription and Shareholder''s Agreement ("SPPSA") along with the Power Purchase Agreement and Option Agreement (collectively referred to as "Transaction Documents") to acquire up to 26% equity stake in one or more tranches in AMP Energy C&I Twenty Seven Private Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of AMP Energy C&I Private Limited, for setting up captive solar power plant project in Maharashtra. In this regard this is to inform that Company has today i.e. 18th July, 2024 executed the Transaction Documents to acquire up to 26% equity stake in one or more tranches in AMP Energy C&I Twenty Seven Private Limited.
