Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, please find enclosed herewith a copy of the letter dispatched to the shareholders holding shares in physical mode, in compliance with the SEBI Circular Nos. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2023/181 dated 17th November, 2023 & SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-POD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated 16th March, 2023 ( now rescineded due to issuance of Master Circular dated 17th May, 2023). The physical shareholders are requested to furnish their PAN, KYC and Nomination details for updation to the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company (RTA) i.e. M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited.
