Borosil Renewables Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('Listing Regulations') notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 along-with Limited review report thereon.<BR> Further, please take note that, vide letter dated September 28, 2021, we had informed you about the closure of ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2021 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of the above mentioned Board Meeting.<BR> You are requested to take the same on record and confirm.<BR>
