| The 36th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company was scheduled to be held on today i.e., 30th December, 2020 at 11:00 AM through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM').<BR> <BR> The Quorum of meeting not present in due time and the meeting shall stands adjourned.<BR> <BR> The adjourned meeting of the company shall be held on same day (i.e, Wednesday) in the next week (i.e., 06th January, 2021) at the same time (i.e., 11.00 a.m) and place through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). | |
