| Disclosure under Regulation 30 (2) read with the requirement of sub-clause 16 (c) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclsoure Requirements) Regulations, 2021- Intimation of Order passed by Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench on 13th October, 2022 and received on 19th October, 2022. Pursuant to the Regulation 30 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 read with the requirements of sub-clause 16 (c) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, this to inform you that in the matter pending before Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, a final order was pronounced on 13th October, 2022 for withdrawal of CIRP against the Corporate Debtor. The CIRP proceedings against C.P. (LB)12579(MB)2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. The copy of the said order is enclosed herewith. | |
