Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for carrying out transaction in the shares of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from 01st July 2022. The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results for First Quarter (Q1) ended 30th June 2022, to the Stock Exchange(s).
