Dear Sir/Ma''am, In compliance of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended, we hereby inform that the Trading Window shall remain closed with effect from 1 April, 2024 for all the designated persons prescribed under Company''s Code of Conduct. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the disclosure of the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Year Ended on 31.03.2024 to Stock Exchange after its approval by the Board of Directors in the forthcoming Board Meeting.
