This is to inform you that Mrs. Sumitra Devi (DIN: 05308543), Non-Executive Non Independent Women Director of the Company, has resigned due to her personal reasons in the meeting held today on Monday, November 14, 2022. The Board of Directors of the Company appreciates her valuable contribution and support made during her tenure as Non-Executive Non Independent Women Director of the Company. The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from her responsibilities with effect from close of working hours of 14.11.2022. Further, Mrs. Shruti Das (DIN: 08045146), Non-Executive Independent Director will hold the position of Women Director of the Company.
