This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 30th July, 2021, appointed Mr. N Venkataraman, Chief Financial Officer as Executive Director and CFO w.e.f 30th July, 2021 subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company. <BR> <BR> Further, the Company hereby confirms that Mr. N Venkataraman is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authority.<BR> <BR> The disclosure required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure I.
