Broadcast Initiatives Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 26, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following matters:<BR><BR>1. To consider and note the resignation of Mr. Deepak Sharma, Non Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from December 17, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve the appointment of Mr. Vishal Belapurkar, as a Non Executive Director of the Company.<BR><BR>3. To consider and approve the appointment of Mrs. Poonam Naik, as an Independent Director of the Company.
