Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company is in receipt of a Notice under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 read with SARFAESI Rules, 2002 dated October 3, 2023 received vide speed post on October 6, 2023 from M/s UV Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (''UVARCL''), wherein they have stated that due to failure to repay the amount to the tune of Rs. 519,02,09,262.28/- by the Company and the Guarantors namely Mr. Ashok Gutgutia and Mr. Manoj Kumar Agarwal, the said UVARCL by exercising the powers conferred on them under section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 read with Rule 8 of the SARFAESI Rules, 2002, has taken possession of the secured property more particularly described in the schedule of the letter attached herein on September 30, 2023.
