Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company is in receipt of a Sale Notice under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 dated October 16, 2023 received vide courier on October 17, 2023 from M/s UV Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (''UVARCL''), wherein it is stated that they have published notices for sale of movable and immovable properties of the Company more particularly described in the schedule of the letters attached herein for the recovery of Rs. 519.02.09.262.08/- due to them from the Company and the Guarantors namely Mr. Ashok Gutgutia and Mr. Manoj Kumar Agarwal.
