| BURNPUR CEMENT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1)(a) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 8th August, 2024, inter-alia to consider approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 along with Limited Review Report thereon. Further as per Company''s Code of Conduct framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and with reference to our notice dated 25th June, 2024 of Closure of Trading Window, the Trading Window for dealing in share of the Company was closed from 1st July, 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial result i.e. upto 10th August, 2024 (both day inclusive) | |
