| BURNPUR CEMENT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 30th day of January, 2021 at 01.00 P.M. <BR> 1.to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2021.<BR> Further as per Company's Code of Conduct framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company has been closed from 1st January, 2021 to 2nd February, 2021 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2020.
