With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 18, 2016, regarding FY16 results on April 22, 2016. Cairn India Ltd has now informed BSE that the scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors on April 22, 2016, inter alia, the Board will also consider the proposal to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, the earnings conference call with analysts / investors which was earlier planned for April 22, 2016 (communicated vide our letter dated April 07, 2016) is now being rescheduled to April 25, 2016.
