Cairn India Ltd has informed BSE that Cairn India Limited (Cairn) and Vedanta Limited (Vedanta) have on June 24, 2015 filed the Scheme of Arrangement along with other requisite documents with BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, for their approvals.
