We hereby inform you that, pursuant to Section 110 of the companies act, 2013 read with Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and applicable provision of SEBI, (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation 2015, as amended, the company has completed the dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice on 17th November 2025, to all the members of the Company whose names are appeared on register of Members as on cutoff date i.e. 14th November 2025, to seek the consent of the members on the resolutions mentioned in the Postal Ballot.
