| CAMEX LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2023 as per IND-AS along with Limited Review Report to be issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company in pursuance of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015. 2. Any other Business with the approval of Board of Directors. Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company for Promoters/Promoter Group / Directors & Designated Employees/Designated Person and their immediate relatives of the Company which has been closed from January 1, 2024, and would continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the adoption of results / outcome for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31,2023 | |
