This is with reference to the provisions of Regulation 8(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading -Amendment), Regulations 2018.<BR> <BR> Please find enclosed the revised Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information of Camson Seeds Limited which was approved by the Board through a Resolution passed by Circulation on 31st March, 2021.
