Intimation of Record Date fixed by IDFC Bank to determine the entitlement of shareholders of Capital First Limited to the equity shares of IDFC Bank pursuant to effectiveness of the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation of Capital First Limited, Capital First Home Finance Limited and Capital First Securities Limited with IDFC Bank Limited ('IDFC Bank') and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. ('Scheme')<BR> <BR> The Board of Directors of the IDFC Bank, considering that the Scheme becoming effective from December 18, 2018, has approved and fixed, Monday, December 31, 2018 as the 'Record Date' for determining the shareholders of Capital First Limited who would be entitled to receive shares of the Bank under the approved Scheme.
