Intimation regarding Record Date fixed by IDFC Bank to determine the portfolio of Non - Convertible Debenture holders of Capital First Limited which shall be shifted into new ISINs created by the Bank pursuant to the effectiveness of the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation of Capital First Limited, Capital First Home Finance Limited and Capital First Securities Limited with IDFC Bank Limited ('IDFC Bank') and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ('Scheme')<BR> <BR> The Board of Directors of the IDFC Bank, considering that the Scheme becoming effective from today i.e December 18, 2018, has approved and fixed, Monday, December 31, 2018 as the 'Record Date' for determining portfolio of Non - Convertible Debenture holders of Capital First Limited which shall be shifted into new ISINs created by the Bank pursuant to the effectiveness of the Scheme of Amalgamation.
