This is to inform you that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with the respective circulars of the stock exchanges issued on 2nd April, 2019 with respect to the "Clarification regarding trading restriction period" and company''s ''Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities (as amended), the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons, their immediate relatives and persons having access to the Unpublished Price Sensitive Information from Saturday April 01, 2023 up to completion of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the company for the year ended on Marc 31, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Audited Financial Results for financial year ending on 31st March 2023 will be intimated in due course.
