Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and further to our communication dated August 23, 2022 intimating launch of our Gold Loan business, we are pleased to share the following update: 1) The Company's Gold Loan AUM crossed Rs.100 crores; 2) Exclusive Gold Loan branch count has touched 127 from 108 branches on the formal launch date i.e. August 26, 2022.
