Further to our intimation dated 4th December 2021 regarding the proposal for acquisition of equity shares of M/s. Altstadtsee 492.V V GmbH) by CUMI International Limited, Cyprus (CIL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Carborundum Universal Limited (CUMI), we would like to inform that the acquisition is completed as per the details of our earlier communication. Effective today, M/s. Alstadtsee 492.V V Gmbh (renamed CUMI Gmbh) has become a step-down subsidiary of CUMI.
