Career Point Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2022, inter alia, <BR><BR>1. to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>2. to consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-22.<BR><BR>The Board Meeting shall be preceded by-Audit Committee Meeting and other committees on the same day.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed from 01 April 2022 for trading in Company''s equity shares for Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022.
