Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to inform you that Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s MGB & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants having FRN 101169W/W-100035 as Internal Auditors of the Company for Financial Year 2021-22 and 2022-23, in their meeting held on January 25, 2022. The appointment of M/s MGB & Co. LLP is subject to ratification by Audit Committee after the completion of one financial year. Disclosure of information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/ CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are attached as ANNEXURE-A.
