| Carysil Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/03/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 to consider, inter alia, proposal for raising of funds by way of qualified institutions placement/preferential issue, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required, including approval of the shareholders of the Company.
