Dear Sir/Madam, In reference to the captioned subject, this is to inform you that Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Regulation 15 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, is not applicable to the Company as the Equity Share Capital of the Company does not exceed Rs. 10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crore Only) and the Net Worth of the Company does not exceed Rs. 25,00,00,000/- as per the latest audited balance sheet as prescribed under the above regulation. Consequently, the provisions of regulation 24A regarding submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report is not applicable to our Company and hence we are exempted from submitting the said Compliance Report. Please take the same on your record.
