This is to inform that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and Company''s Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain close for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2023. Accordingly, all designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
