| Dear Sir/Madam, <BR> <BR> In continuation to our Corporate Announcement dated October 30, 2021 & November 30, 2021 in which we have informed you about the Delisting of Equity Shares of the company in accordance with resolution plan approved by Hon'ble bench of NCLT Chandigarh bench dated December 15, 2020 under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The Approved Plan inter alia provides for delisting of the equity shares of the Company from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.<BR> <BR> Further, please find enclosed herewith the newspaper cuttings pertaining to Publication of Public Announcement related to post delisting of equity shares in accordance with resolution plan approved by the Chandigarh bench of National Company Law Tribunal ("NCLT") vide its order delivered on December 15, 2020 published in the newspapers namely "Financial Express" and "Jansatta" on December 02, 2021.<BR> <BR> <BR> The same is also available on Company''s website at www.amtek.com/ail.php<BR> | |
