Castrol India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February01, 2021, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended December 31, 2020; <BR><BR>2. To consider a dividend, if any. <BR><BR>The window for trading in equity shares of the Company has been closed from December 21, 2020 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2020 are made public on February 01, 2021.
