| CENLUB INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 26th May, 2022 at the Registered Office of the Company at Plot No.233 & 234, Sector-58, Ballabgarh, Faridabad, Haryana -121004 at 4.00 PM- to consider inter -alia: a) The Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2022 and for the entire financial year ended on 31st March, 2022 along with a Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement of the Company for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2022. b) To take on record the Auditors' Report submitted by the Statutory Auditors on the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended on 31st March, 2022. c) to consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares for the Financial Year ended 31st March,2022. d) To take any other matter with the permis | |
