Approval of Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. 2). Also, note that Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued the Auditor's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 with unmodified opinion pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI(LODR), Regulations, 2015. 3).
