Pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons in Securities of Centrum Capital Limited framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons will remain closed from Sunday, January 01, 2023, till 48 (forty-eight) hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2022.
