Centum Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on June 15, 2021, inter alia, to: <BR><BR>1. consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021 and <BR><BR>2. consider the recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.<BR><BR>Further, in continuation to the Company's disclosure on Trading Window Closure dated March 30, 2021 and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the ???Trading Window??? for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company till June 17, 2021.
