This is to inform you that the captioned Transferor and Transferee Company, respectively have filed Form No. INC-28 with Ministry of Corporate Affairs/ Registrar of Companies, Kolkata today and accordingly the Scheme has become effective from 18th March, 2024. Consequently, the CFS Undertaking (as defined in the Scheme) of Century Plyboards (India) Limited stands transferred to and vested in Century Infra Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, as a going concern from 1st April,2022, being the Appointed date for the Scheme.
