Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has on 24th September, 2022, approved the appointment of Mrs. Vijayalakshmi Rajaram Iyer (DIN: 05242960) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Mrs. Vijayalakshmi Rajaram Iyer has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of three consecutive years from the date of her appointment as an Additional Director subject to the approval of the Members of the Company within the prescribed timelines as per the SEBI Listing Regulations.
