This is to inform you that as per Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Shares of the Company by all Designated Person(s) (including their immediate relatives) and Specified Connected Persons will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023, from the end of the quarter i.e. end of day on Friday, March 31, 2023, up to the expiry of 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of the said Financial Results. All Designated Persons of the Company are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Financial Results will be intimated separately.
