This is to inform you that as per the Company''s Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by all Designated Persons, including their immediate relatives and Specified Connected Persons will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 with effect from Monday, July 1, 2024 upto 48 hours after the declaration of the said Financial Results.
